Six Pack Abs are further away?
I have gotta say being a sports fan should not all be about sitting on the couch and watching the latest sport. It is important to also be active yourself. I know as I get older it is harder to find the time to exercise. Luckily for me my wife and daughter enjoy exercise so that helps me do my bit.
A while back I got myself a Body-Solid home gym. It is great being able to just walk from the living room to the gym and I am right to go. The hard part is maintaining the discipline to do a workout every couple of days. I started off all keen but from time to time I slip into bad habits and miss a workout or two.
I also try to get out for a ride or two each week as well as some walking or jogging. Why am I doing all this? The main reason is I don’t want to be like so many Australians and have a big beer gut. As I am now in my early 40′s it is easy to just give in and watch that belly grow.
Before I got the home gym my daughter just said to me one day “Your tummy is so big now daddy.” Don’t you just love the truth of a six year old. That was when I decided it was time to do something. So in came the gym. It has been six months since I got the gym and thankfully my tummy is now smaller than at the time I made the purchase.
So with all that I am going in the right direction. Well maybe I was. You see the last two days I have fallen prey to the charity chocolate sellers. At my office job no matter where you turn there are those dreaded chocolates that people bring in to see to raise money for charity. It might be a school, ballet, the soccer team, the baseball team. Always there is something. I had been good but yesterday and today I scoffed down two 85 gram blocks of Cadbury chocolate. Not a good thing to do.
After I got over the guilt of my chocolate pig out I decided to go hunting for something to help me with my desire to get back to having six pack abs. I know I have them somewhere, it is just a matter of doing the right things to have them show again. Eating two chocolate bars in two days is not one of them.
Having six pack abs is not just a vanity thing, there are also health benefits in losing all that belly fat. For me that is the most important thing. If my abs look great as well then that is a bonus.
In the past I had been doing research into exercises that will help lose my belly fat and uncover my six pack abs and I kept seeing a site called the Truth About Abs. Well today I finally decided to pull out my wallet and grab a copy of the e-book from that site.
They have a 21 day period where you get access to the information for just $4.95. That is what I went for. Are you keen to do something about your fat belly? If you are take a look at The Truth About Abs.
This weekend I will be reading the Truth About Abs and then doing what it is that they suggest to start making my dream of six pack abs returning. Check back here from time to time as I will be reporting my progress. That is one way to make me stick with the program.
Would be great to have some comments to know people are here and have the same interest. This will also make me more determined to succeed. Thanks in advance for your comments.
