See a Dallas Cowboys Game in the new stadium in 2009

October 1, 2008

The new Dallas Cowboys stadium is on track to open for the 2009 NFL season. After reading about the stadium I suggest if you have a list of 100 things to do in your life add a Dallas Cowboys game at the new stadium. It sounds amazing.

The Cowboys have never been about checkered tablecloths and boots and hats,” Jones says. “They’ve been about glitz and glitter. Leave the other stuff to the Houston Texans.”

What is Dallas Cowboy owner Jerry Jones talking about? It is they Dallas Cowboy style. Jones recently took LA Times journalist Sam Farmer on a two hour tour of the new stadium that will be home for the Cowboys from next season. It will also host the 2011 Super Bowl.

The stadium sounds amazing. This is to be expected with Jones in charge. I have it down as somewhere I want to visit in the future. I have recently seen the amazing stadiums in Beijing firsthand and after reading the article by Sam Farmer I can’t wait to see the new Dallas Cowboy stadium and take in a Dallas Cowboys game.

Here is how Farmer describes the stadium. “To envision the stadium, imagine taking a football and splitting it lengthwise. Now, pull it apart so there’s a space in the middle. That’s where the field is”.
