Novak Djokovic out of Miami Masters
Defending champion Novak Djokovic has been knocked out of the Miami Masters in his opening match. Djokovic had a first round bye and faced South African qualifier Kevin Anderson. The score was 7-6(1), 3-6, 6-4.
