NFL Away Teams Rule Except in Pittsburgh

Over the weekend in the NFL Divisional Playoffs it was a good weekend for the away teams. Three of the four picked up wins on  the road. The odd one out were the San Diego Chargers who lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The scores for the weekend follow:

San Diego Chargers 24 lost to Pittsburgh Steelers 35

Philidelphia Eagles 23 beat New York Giants 11

Arizona Cardinals 33 beat Carolina Panthers 13

Baltimore Ravens 13 beat Tennessee Titans 10

From the weekend we saw the demise of the 2008 Super Bowl Champions as the Eagles proved to be too good for the Giants. The surprise team of the playoffs continues to be the Cardinals as they marched into the NFC Championship match and will host the Eagles.

The AFC Championship match sees the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Baltimore Ravens.

It promises to be an exciting weekend for NFL fans as the two teams to play in the Super Bowl are decided. Who are you rooting for?
