76ers no easy beats for Pistons

April 26, 2008

Going into the NBA finals series against the Sixers many would have fancied the Detroit Pistons to advance. The Sixers have so far showed that this is not a given.

After taking a shock 1-0 lead in the series after game one the Pistons looked like they were back on track with a game 2 victory.

Game 3 was played today and the Sixers shocked the Pistons once again, this time running up a 20 point win. The final score was 95-75.

Detroit could only shoot at 22 per cent from the field in the second half. That is just not going to get it done in the NBA finals.

The series moves to Philadelphia for game four on Sunday. If the Pistons do not turn things around in that match it could see them take an early exit from the NBA finals in 2008.
